Starting the week of September 14, there will be a series of classes for kids ages 8 -18 to teach kids not only what to do with their money, but why financial decisions matter. The classes and topics are categorized by the kids’ ages. There is a $15 fee per student for each series of classes, which is payable at the first class. Classes are taught by Certified Financial Planner Kyle Restad.

All classes are held at the Trolley Station Event Center at 310 Cornell St. (across the street from the library).
Ages 8 to 10 – 4 week class – Money Foundations – Starts Monday, 9/14 from 9 to 9:50 am
Ages 11 to 13 – 6 week class – Money Skills – Starts Tuesday, 9/15 from 9:30 to 10:30 am
Ages 14 to 18 – 8 week class – Personal Financial Planning – Starts Tuesday, 9/15 from 10:45 to 12 Noon
